Who we are
Bluewings Consultancy is an HR and recruitment consultancy with its office at No. 41, SSP Complex, First Floor, Mettu Street, Tiruttani – 631 209, Tamil Nadu. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us on +91 94899 16654 or info@bluewingshr.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That is normally:
- Your name, mobile number and email address, when you submit a form on this site.
- Your company name, if you provide it as an employer.
- Your town, qualification and work experience, if you register as a jobseeker.
- A copy of your CV, if you send one to us by WhatsApp, email or in person.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It sets no cookies of its own. Nothing on the page is loaded from a third-party server, with one exception: if you press the button to load the Google map on our contact page, that map is then requested from Google and Google will see that request. Until you press it, no request is made.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To match jobseekers against roles we are recruiting for.
- To share a candidate profile with an employer — only where the candidate has agreed to it.
- To provide the payroll, compliance or staffing services a client has engaged us for.
- To meet legal or statutory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for marketing. We do not send bulk promotional messages to people who have not asked for them.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to our email inbox through a third-party form service. Candidate profiles are kept on our internal records so we can contact you about suitable roles. If you would like your details removed, tell us and we will remove them, subject to any records we are required by law to retain.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or erase it. Write to info@bluewingshr.com or call +91 94899 16654 and we will respond within a reasonable period.
A note on fraud
We never ask jobseekers for registration fees, placement fees, deposits or training charges. If you receive such a demand from someone claiming to represent Bluewings Consultancy, please report it to us immediately.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
