Frequently asked questions
Questions we get asked most often.
Fees, replacement periods, coverage, PF and ESI registration, and why we never charge jobseekers a rupee.
If your question is not answered here, call us. We would rather explain it properly than have you guess.
Still not sure?
Describe your situation and we will tell you whether we can help — and if we cannot, who might be better placed to.
We recruit nationwide. Most of our work sits in and around Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Delhi NCR, along with the industrial belts and smaller towns near them. Our office is in Tiruttani, Tamil Nadu, and we work with clients elsewhere by phone and video, visiting on site where the role warrants it.
No. Our service is completely free for candidates. We are paid by the employer who hires. We do not take registration fees, placement fees, deposits or training charges from jobseekers at any stage, and you should treat anyone asking for money in our name as fraudulent.
It depends on the role and the city. Common operator, warehouse and office positions in an established market often produce a usable shortlist within a week. Specialist technical roles, roles in a location with a thin candidate pool, or roles needing relocation take longer. We will give you an honest estimate before we start rather than an optimistic one.
Permanent recruitment is normally charged as a percentage of the candidate's annual salary, payable after they join, with a replacement window if they leave early. Contract staffing and payroll are charged per employee per month. Every figure is agreed in writing before any work begins.
Permanent placements carry a replacement period, agreed before the search starts. If the person leaves within that window, we run the search again without charging a second fee.
Yes. We take your current employee master, salary structures, attendance process and statutory registrations, reconcile them, and run the first cycle in parallel with your existing process so nothing is missed in the handover. Multi-state payrolls are handled with the correct professional tax and minimum wage rates for each location.
Yes — establishment registration with EPFO and ESIC, member registration for each employee, and the monthly filings from then on. We also help where an establishment has crossed the applicability threshold and needs to regularise its position.
As principal employer you remain responsible for ensuring statutory dues are actually paid, even where a contractor employs the workers. That is why every worker on our rolls is registered for PF and ESI from their first month, and why we keep the registers required under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act available for your inspection.
Yes. A good part of our work is with employers of five to fifty people — often businesses hiring their first accounts or admin staff, or setting up HR documentation properly for the first time. We also run volume hiring for larger employers across multiple sites.
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Candidate interviews, site visits and training sessions can be conducted in whichever language suits the role and the region.

Tell us the role, the volume and the location. A short conversation is usually enough for us to say whether we are the right fit — and there is no charge for it.
