Who we are
An independent firm, recruiting nationwide.
Our office is on Mettu Street in Tiruttani, Tamil Nadu, and we recruit for employers throughout India — Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Coimbatore and the industrial towns in between.
Being independent matters more than it sounds. You deal with the consultant who takes your brief, not a call centre. We take on the searches we believe we can fill, and we say so plainly when a role, a salary band or a location is going to be difficult — before you have lost six weeks finding out.
What does not change from city to city is the part most agencies skip: understanding the job before looking for someone to do it. We ask what the work actually involves, what the shift pattern is, what it pays against the local market, and who has done well in it before.

We tell you what we actually think
If a salary band will not attract the person you are describing in that city, we will say so before we start, not after six weeks of empty shortlists. The same goes for job titles, shift patterns, relocation expectations and notice periods.

Compliance is not an afterthought
PF, ESI, state professional tax, contract labour registers and minimum wage revisions all run to fixed dates, and the rates differ by state. We track both, so a routine inspection stays routine.

Candidates are treated properly
People we place are told the truth about the role, the pay and the conditions. Candidates who feel misled leave within weeks, and that costs you more than a slower search would have.
